Randnotiz: Knoblauch von Graciosa

Eines der wenigen Azoren-Produkte mit kontrollierter Herkunftsbezeichnung ist Knoblauch von Graciosa: “Os alhos da Graciosa”.

Graciosa erbrachte zuvor 1% der gesamten nationalen Knoblauchproduktion und konnte diese Zahl auf 2% verdoppeln.
